Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher until smooth
Stir in the lime juice, salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper until well combined
Add the diced onion, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and minced garlic to the avocado mixture
Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed
Taste the guacamole and adjust the seasoning as needed with more salt, lime juice, or cayenne pepper
Cover the guacamole with plastic wrap, pressing it directly against the surface to prevent browning
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving
Serve the guacamole with tortilla chips, as a topping for tacos, or as a dip for vegetables
Enjoy!
