Ingredients:
- 1 sheet vegan puff pastry
- 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon plant-based milk
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375F 190C
Thaw the puff pastry according to package instructions
In a bowl, mix vegan cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares
Place a dollop of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each square
Top the cream cheese with a few blueberries
